Terminology & Trading Guide
Feb 10, 2026

To help you navigate the platform and follow trades with confidence, here is a breakdown of the key terms and metrics you’ll see on the Fire Moves feed and within user portfolios.
1. Performance Metrics
When viewing a user's profile or trade card, their historical track record is displayed to ensure transparency:
Green Trades: The total number of profitable trades the user has closed.
Red Trades: The total number of trades where the user took a loss.
Total Return (%): The user's overall portfolio growth. (e.g., A user "up 290%" would have turned a $100 starting balance into $390).
2. Trade Essentials
Every trade card on the feed contains real-time data about an active position:
P&L (Profit & Loss): The current percentage the trade is up or down since the entry.
Entry Price: The price at which the user started the trade.
Live Price: The current market value of the asset.
Long: A trade placed with the expectation that the asset’s price will increase.
Short: A trade placed with the expectation that the asset’s price will decrease.
3. The "Mimic" Feature
The Mimic button allows you to copy a user’s trade exactly as they’ve set it up.
Preset Data: When you click Mimic, Involio automatically fills in the user’s Take Profit (TP), Stop Loss (SL), and Leverage.
Allocation: You can choose how much of your own portfolio to risk (e.g., 2% or 25%) by adjusting the percentage slider.
Leverage: This increases your exposure to the trade. Higher leverage increases your potential profit but also increases your risk.
4. Risk Management
Take Profit (TP): A preset price at which your trade will automatically close to lock in gains.
Stop Loss (SL): A preset price at which your trade will automatically close to prevent further losses.
Isolated Margin: Every trade on Involio is isolated. This means the most you can ever lose is the specific amount you allocated to that individual trade.
Holding Time: Located in the "Closed" trades tab, this shows exactly how many days or hours a user stayed in a position before exiting.
5. Portfolio Tabs
Open Trades: Displays all positions the user is currently holding in real-time.
Closed Trades: A verified history of every trade the user has finished, showing the final P&L, the exit price, and the percentage of their portfolio they risked on that specific move.
