Deactivating Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you decide to close your account, you can do so easily through the platform settings. Please ensure you have closed all open positions and withdrawn any remaining funds before proceeding, as deactivation is a final step.
Step-by-Step Deactivation
To deactivate your account, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Menu: Locate and click the three dots icon in the platform navigation.
Access Account Settings: Select Account from the drop-down menu.
Initiate Deactivation: Locate the Deactivate Account option and select it.
Confirm: Follow the final on-screen prompts to confirm your decision.
Important Considerations Before You Begin
Settle Your Positions: Ensure all open positions are closed and that you have no active orders in the book. The system may require your account balance to be zeroed out or cleared before the deactivation can be finalized.
Withdraw Your Funds: Please withdraw any remaining collateral or funds to your external wallet. Once an account is deactivated, you will no longer have access to the dashboard or your transaction history through that account.
Finality: Deactivating your account is a permanent action. If you wish to use Invo again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
